If the actual cost of the Network Upgrade Facilities is greater than the NUF Estimated Total Costs amount for reasons other than those set forth in Article 11.6.2, Transmission Developer will pay the additional costs to Connecting Transmission Owner to the extent such costs are prudently incurred. Disputes between Transmission Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner concerning costs in excess of the agreed-to and secured amount will be resolved by the parties in accordance with the terms and conditions of Article 27.

  • Services and Compensation Consultant agrees to perform for the Company the services described in Exhibit A (the “Services”), and the Company agrees to pay Consultant the compensation described in Exhibit A for Consultant’s performance of the Services.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein.
