Developed recreational facilities means improvements constructed for the purpose of recreation and may include but are not limited to golf courses, driving ranges, gyms, game rooms, tennis courts, playing fields, interpretive centers, nature trails, wildlife observation shelters, swimming pools and areas, boat and canoe facilities, ski trails, and bicycle trails.
