Detroit Project definition

Detroit Project means the proposed design, development and construction, by Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries (whether individually, through Detroit, or in concert with one or more partners or joint venturers) of a permanent hotel, casino and entertainment complex in Detroit, Michigan or its environs (in addition to the currently operating temporary casino located at 0000 Xxxx X. Lodge Freeway, Detroit, Michigan).
