Detail Targets definition

Detail Targets means all office-based physicians and other health care professionals in the Territory that influence the use of LHRH agonists within a urologist office.
Detail Targets shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit 3.3(b).
Detail Targets means all office-based physicians and other health care professionals in the Territory that significantly influence use with respect to any Product in the Territory and who the JCC agrees qualify as potential targets for the Products.

Detail Targets means, for the Pre-Launch and Launch Period, the Detail Targets will be those who the JCC agrees qualify as potential targets for the Products, and, thereafter, the Detail Targets shall include the PUDs and all other office based physicians and other health care professionals in the Territory that significantly influence use with respect to any Product in the Territory as mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
Detail Targets means all office-based physicians and other health care professionals in the Territory selected by CRTX from the XXX FFIS Target Universe. For purposes of this Agreement, the "XXX FFIS Target Universe" shall mean the group of office-based physicians and other health care professionals in the Territory that XXX uses internally for its Call plan for FFIS, which group consists of allergists, pulmonologists, internal medicine physicians, and primary care physicians (excluding pediatricians) who belong to the FFIS Market Quintile [**] based upon third party data, such as Wolters Kluwer Health. XXX shall retain the right to modify the XXX FFIS Target Universe from time to time; provided, however, any such modification shall not affect a previously agreed to CRTX [**] month Call plan.   • Targets means pre-agreed values to be achieved at the end of the period in relation to the result indicators included under a specific objective;

  • Performance Metrics means criteria established by the Administrator relating to any of the following, as it may apply to an individual, one or more business units, divisions, or Affiliates, or on a company-wide basis, and in absolute terms, relative to a base period, or relative to the performance of one or more comparable companies, peer groups, or an index covering multiple companies:

  • Key Performance Indicators or “KPIs” means the performance measurements and targets set out in Part 3 of Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;
