Detail Report definition

Detail Report shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.2.
Detail Report listing every Project identified in the Cover Summary Report must accompany each Invoice for staff services and/or labor and must include a sub-listing under each Project, identifying program management staff names, hours, billable rate, and costs associated with each such Project. Hours/costs worked and incurred shall be itemized and allocated as follows:

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.

  • Transaction Report is that certain report of transactions and schedule of collections in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
