Destination Club definition

Destination Club means the Club to which a player is Transferring.

Destination Club or “Club” shall mean any and all destination clubs offered by PE or any PE Affiliate or Holdings or any Holdings Affiliate, including without limitation Ultimate Escapes Premiere Club, Ultimate Escapes Signature Club and Ultimate Escapes Elite Club.

Examples of Destination Club in a sentence

  • Once a player Transfer application has been finalised, the playing history, including the tribunal record, of the player will be automatically sent to the Football Body to which the Destination Club is affiliated, via AFL Footyweb.

  • Where a dispute between the parties cannot be resolved, the player or the Destination Club may appeal against the refusal of Transfer in accordance with the relevant Football Body’s appeal procedure.

  • A Transfer must be initiated by the Destination Club by logging into AFL Footyweb and submitting a Transfer request.

  • A player or Destination Club who has been refused a Transfer may appeal (Appellant) to the relevant State Football Body’s independent panel (Panel) by notice in writing lodged with the State Football Body.

  • We are also the exclusive worldwide developer, marketer and seller of vacation ownership and related products under The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club brand, and we have the non-exclusive right to develop, market and sell whole ownership residential products under The Ritz-Carlton Residences brand.

  • Where the player disputes the reason for a Transfer refusal, the player or the Destination Club should resolve the dispute with the Former Club.

  • Properties offered by Destination Clubs to a member for less than thirty (30) days are considered STRs whether the Destination Club is an owner of record or a lessee.

  • Destination facility means a facility that treats, disposes of, or recycles a particular category of universal waste, except those management activities described in § 7-912(d)(3). A facility at which a particular category of universal waste is only accumulated, is not a destination facility for purposes of managing that category of universal waste.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Motorboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase Retail Marijuana from a Retail Marijuana Cultivation Facility and to purchase Retail Marijuana Product from a Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturing Facility and to sell Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product to consumers.
