Designations definition

Designations means the terms, preferences, limitations and relative rights of the Series A Preferred Stock established hereby and set forth hereinafter.
Designations have the meanings set forth in Section3.01(b)(iv).
Designations will have the meaning assigned to it in SECTION 2.
