Designated Vessel definition

Designated Vessel means (i) all vessels owned by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and documented under the federal laws of the United States of America, (ii) any vessels, whether or not documented in compliance with clause (i), with a book value of at least $750,000, and (iii) any vessels constituting Collateral.

Examples of Designated Vessel in a sentence

  • Vessels that are constrained by their draft from leaving the channel may transit through the zone for the sole purpose of direct and expeditious transit so long as they remain within the navigable channel, maintain the maximum possible safe distance from the Designated Vessel, and do not stop or loiter within the zone.

  • U.S.-flag vessel means a vessel of the United States or belonging to the United States, including any vessel registered or having national status under the laws of the United States.
