Designated Vendor definition

Designated Vendor means any vendor or supplier from which the Borrower purchases inventory and that has been designated by the Borrower as a participant in a Permitted Vendor Financing.
Designated Vendor means a vendor selected and approved in writing by the Underwriter to provide services to the Insured.
Designated Vendor means a particular manufacturer, wholesaler, distributor or other source that we designate for particular products or services, which may be a third party, us, or our affiliate.

  • When Blue Cross and Blue Shield Administers Your HSA Using its Designated Vendor When you designate HSA Account-Based Offerings in your Group Setup Form, Blue Cross and Blue Shield will provide administrative services consistent with the provisions described in this Section 5 and your Group Setup Form.

More Definitions of Designated Vendor

Designated Vendor means a Vendor that is eligible to receive Contributions under the Plan.
Designated Vendor means individually, and “Designated Vendors” shall mean collectively, each of the Persons set forth on Exhibit 1.1-6 and any other Person designated in writing by Lender from time to time and at any time; provided, however, that if at any time and from time to time Lender in its commercially reasonable discretion may give Borrowers written notice that effective upon the day of such notice, any then existing Person previously designated as a Designated Vendor no longer shall be a deemed to be a Designated Vendor.
Designated Vendor means a vendor of Bulk Supplies that has been approved by Customer and notified to Company in writing.
Designated Vendor means a vendor of goods or services to the Borrower designated in writing by Cisco Systems as a "Designated Vendor" pursuant to this Agreement.
Designated Vendor shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.7 below and shall include those entities specified in Exhibit 7.

  • Authorized distributor of record means a pharmaceutical wholesaler with whom a manufacturer has established an ongoing relationship to distribute the manufacturer's prescription drugs. An ongoing relationship is deemed to exist between such pharmaceutical wholesaler and a manufacturer, as defined in Section 1504 of the Internal Revenue Code, when the pharmaceutical wholesaler has a written agreement currently in effect with the manufacturer evidencing such ongoing relationship, and the pharmaceutical wholesaler is listed on the manufacturer's current list of authorized distributors of record.

  • Contractor/Supplier means the person or company whose tender is accepted by the Purchaser and shall be deemed to include the Contractor’s successors, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns approved by the Purchaser.

  • Vendor or “Vendors” means any entity submitting a bid in response to the Solicitation, the entity that has been selected as the lowest responsible bidder, or the entity that has been awarded the Contract as context requires.

  • First-tier Subcontractor means any Subcontractor that has a contract with the General Contractor.

  • NYS Vendor ID means the ten-character identifier issued by New York State when a vendor is registered on the Vendor File.

  • Travel Supplier means any entity or organization that coordinates or supplies travel services for You.

  • Authorized Distributor means a Distributor distributing product within the terms of an Original Component Manufacturer (OCM) or the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) contractual agreement. Contractual Agreement terms include, but are not limited to, distribution region, distribution products or lines, and warranty flow down from the OCM/OEM. Under this distribution, the distributor would be known as an Authorized Distributor. The term Franchised Distributor is considered synonymous with Authorized Distributor.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Participating Pharmacy means a pharmacy that has entered into a prescription drug plan agreement with the Pharmacy Benefit Manager listed on your identification card.

  • Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.

  • Bidder/Channel Partner means an eligible entity/firm submitting the Bid in response to this RFP.

  • Contract Manufacturer means a company that produces goods under contract for another company under the label or brand name of that company.

  • Participating manufacturer means that term as defined in the master settlement agreement.

  • Major Supplier means a supplier which has the ability to materially affect the terms of participation (having regard to price and supply) in the relevant market for basic telecommunications services as a result of:

  • New Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 17.3(b).

  • Other Supplier means any supplier to the Customer (other than the Supplier) which is notified to the Supplier from time to time and/or of which the Supplier should have been aware;

  • First-tier subcontract means a subcontract awarded directly by the Contractor for the purpose of acquiring supplies or services (including construction) for performance of a prime contract. It does not include the Contractor’s supplier agreements with vendors, such as long-term arrangements for materials or supplies that benefit multiple contracts and/or the costs of which are normally applied to a Contractor’s general and administrative expenses or indirect costs.
