Designated Unit definition

Designated Unit means information technology devices (e.g. hard disks or central processing units) identified by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement that have been officially made known to the public as appropriate for Use or interoperation with the Software.

  • The Promoter based on the approved plans and specifications assures to hand over possession of the Designated Unit on December, 2025 unless there is delay or failure due to war, flood, pandemic, drought, fire, cyclone, earthquake or any other calamity caused by nature affective the regular development of the real estate project (“Force Majeure”).

  • This obligation of SAP does not apply if the alleged infringement or misappropriation results from (i) Use of the Software in conjunction with any software or service other than the Software; (ii) Use of the Software in conjunction with an apparatus other than a Designated Unit; (iii) failure to promptly use an update provided by a member of the SAP Group if such infringement or misappropriation could have been avoided by use of the update; or (iv) any Use not permitted by this Agreement.

Designated Unit means information technology devices (e.g. hard disks or central processing units) identified by End User or Partner pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement that have been previously approved by SAP or otherwise officially made known to the public as appropriate for Use or interoperation with the Software. 「指定單元」係指終端使用者或合作夥伴根據或基於本合約確定之資訊技術裝置 (例如,硬碟或中央處理單元),且先前業已經 SAP 核准或已正式為大眾所知曉,可根據適當情況與軟體結合使用或互操作。
Designated Unit means the Unit described in PART-I of the SECOND SCHEDULE hereunder written;
