Designated Subsidiary definition

Designated Subsidiary means any Subsidiary which has been designated by the Board from time to time in its sole discretion as eligible to participate in the Plan.

Designated Subsidiary means each Subsidiary that have been designated by the Board or Committee from time to time in its sole discretion as eligible to participate in the Plan, including any Subsidiary in existence on the Effective Date and any Subsidiary formed or acquired following the Effective Date, in accordance with Section 7.2 hereof.
