Designated Rating Agencies definition

Designated Rating Agencies means up to any three of S&P, Xxxxx’x, Fitch or any other rating agency selected by the Parent which is recognized by the SEC and identified by the Parent from time to time in a Rating Agency Designation and “Designated Rating Agency” shall mean any one of the foregoing. Until such time as the Parent shall have delivered a Rating Agency Designation to the Administrative Agent, the Designated Rating Agencies shall be S&P and Fitch.
