If it does, the Manager shall provide a copy of the report as soon as practicable after preparation to the Designated Rating Agencies.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any other agreement or instrument contemplated hereby or entered into in connection herewith or any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
