Examples of Designated Purchasers in a sentence
Section 4.9(a)(ii) of the Sellers Disclosure Schedule lists, as of the date hereof, all leases, subleases, space licenses or other occupancy agreements (collectively, “Leases”) of real property (the “Leased Real Property”) to be assigned to the Purchaser or one or more Designated Purchasers on Closing on the terms set forth in the Real Estate Terms and Conditions.
