Designated Project area definition

Designated Project area means the portion of State waters within which an owner plans to confine the cultivated species using a method or plan or operation which is expected to ensure that the aquaculture crop will enjoy increased growth attributable to the discharge of pollutants and be harvested within a defined geographic area.
Designated Project area means the geographic area occupied by the Designated Project.
Designated Project area means the geographic area occupied by the Designated Project and includes the mine site and linear components.

Examples of Designated Project area in a sentence

  • The Proponent shall develop, prior to construction, and implement, during all phases of the Designated Project, a policy prohibiting the operation of engine brakes for all vehicles in the Designated Project area.

  • The Proponent shall allow access to the Designated Project area, to the extent that such access is safe, to any monitor(s) established as part of the EMC.

  • The Proponent shall implement measures to control erosion and sedimentation within the Designated Project area, including along the access and haul roads, to avoid the deposit of deleterious substances in water frequented by fish.

Designated Project area means “Project Area”, as identified in Figure 1 of the environmental assessment report.

Designated Project area means the geographic area occupied by permanent and temporary Designated Project components, including the all-season road right-of-way, access roads, and quarries and borrow areas.
Designated Project area means the geographic area occupied by the Designated Project as indicated on Figure 1 (Project Overview) of the Designated Project Description dated September 24, 2021 (Canadian Impact Assessment Registry Reference Number 80054, Document Number 2084).
