Designated Project definition

Designated Project means a Part II.3 project or a Part II.4 project; (“projet désigné”)
Designated Project has the same meaning as in CEAA 2012.
Designated Project means each project with respect to an Approved Obligor and listed on Schedule A-2, with each such project to be identified by a specific project number on the applicable Seller’s accounts receivable platform and, as the same may be updated by the Seller Representative from time to time in accordance with Sections 14.23.

Designated Project means the Red Mountain Underground Gold Project as described in section 2 of the environmental assessment report prepared by the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (Canadian Environmental Assessment Registry Reference Number 80093).

Designated Project means the James Bay Lithium Mine Project as described in section 2 of the draft Environmental Assessment Report prepared by the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (Canadian Impact Assessment Registry, Reference Number 80141).
