Designated payment system means a system listed in § 233.3.
Designated payment system means a payment system that is designated by the Authority under section 42 to be a designated payment system for the purposes of this Act;

Designated payment system means a payment system or a class of payment system, as may be specified by the Reserve Bank from time to time, engaged in collection of funds from their customers for rendering payment service;
