Designated Material definition

Designated Material means a material diverted from disposal and managed under a stewardship plan or a permit endorsement pursuant to a designation in these regulations;
Designated Material means, in respect of a producer of a pharmaceutical or sharp, the items referred to in section 2 and subsection 3 (1) in respect of which the producer is required to provide for collection under one or both of sections 2 and 3; (“matériel désigné”)
Designated Material means a material established as a designated material by regulation under the EPEA;

Examples of Designated Material in a sentence

  • Nothing in this Order affects the right of any Producing Party to use or disclose its own Designated Material in any way.

  • When Designated Material is elicited during a deposition, persons not entitled to receive such information under the terms of this Order shall be excluded from the portion of the deposition so designated.

  • Disclosure of Designated Material other than in accordance with the terms of this Order may subject the disclosing person to such sanctions and remedies as the Court may deem appropriate.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Producing Party is under no obligation to designate or mark, or cause to be designated or marked, any Designated Material that may be determined to constitute material non-public information.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this paragraph, to the extent that the information in the Designated Material remains confidential, the terms of this Order shall remain binding.

Designated Material means a chemical or biological substance which meets the criteria as a carcinogen, mutagen, respiratory sensitizer, reproductive toxin, fetotoxin or teratogen under the Hazardous Products Regulations . (« matière désignée »)
Designated Material means any documents designated or stamped as “CONFIDENTIAL” or “HIGHLY CONFIDENTIALin accordance with paragraph 2 or 3 of this Protective Order and any Confidential Information contained in such materials.

In recognition of the increased logistical difficulties to other Parties and the Commission in handling Designated Material, the Producing Party will make reasonable efforts to narrow the scope of information so designated and will confer in good faith to further narrow the scope of information so designated upon request of the receiving Party.
