foreign jurisdiction means a country other than Canada or a political subdivision of a country other than Canada;
foreign judgment means the judgment of a foreign Court;
Designated Foreign Subsidiaries means all members of the Company Group that are organized under the laws of any jurisdiction or country other than the United States of America that may be designated by the Board or the Committee from time to time.
Approved Foreign Bank has the meaning specified in the definition of “Cash Equivalents.”
Designated Foreign Currency means Euros, Canadian Dollars, British pounds, Australian dollars or any other currency (other than Dollars) approved in writing by the Lenders and that is freely traded and exchangeable into Dollars.
Domestic with respect to an entity, means governed as to its internal affairs by the law of this state.
domestic industry means the producers as a whole of the like or directly competitive goods operating in a Party, or those whose collective output of the like or directly competitive goods constitutes a major proportion of the total domestic production of those goods;
Participating Jurisdiction means a jurisdiction with which an agreement is in place pursuant to which it will provide the information required on the automatic exchange of financial account information set out in the Common Reporting Standard.
Authority Having Jurisdiction means a federal, state, local, or other regional department, or an individual such as a fire marshal, building official, electrical inspector, utility provider or other individual having statutory authority.
Foreign with respect to an entity, means an entity governed as to its internal affairs by the law of a jurisdiction other than this state.
Total organ dose equivalent (TODE) means the sum of the deep dose equivalent and the committed dose equivalent to the organ receiving the highest dose as described in 641—40.86(1)“f.”
Eligible Jurisdiction means Australia, Canada, Cayman Islands, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Foreign tribunal means a court, administrative agency, or quasi-judicial entity of a foreign country which is authorized to establish, enforce, or modify support orders or to determine parentage of a child. The term includes a competent authority under the Convention.
Governing authority means the local legislative authority
Securities Laws means the 1933 Act, the 1934 Act and the 1940 Act.
Foreign organization means an organization created under laws other than the laws of this state for a purpose for which an organization may be created under the laws of this state.

Citizen means a person who, if an individual, was born or naturalized as a citizen of the United States or, if other than an individual, meets the require- ments of section 905(c) of the Act and section 2 of the Shipping Act, 1916, as amended (46 U.S.C. 802).
