Designated Executive Officers definition

Designated Executive Officers means the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of the Borrower.

Designated Executive Officers means the Chief Executive Officer of Licensee and the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Institute or such other senior executive officer of either Party notified in writing by such Party to the other Party from time to time.
