Designated Executive Officers definition

Designated Executive Officers means the Chief Executive Officer of Licensee and the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Institute or such other senior executive officer of either Party notified in writing by such Party to the other Party from time to time.
Designated Executive Officers means, at any time, the Designated Executive Officers identified on Schedule A, as such Schedule may be amended at any time by either Party, but only with respect to the identity of such amending Party’s Designated Executive Officer.
