Contractor shall observe and comply with all regulations in effect at the Designated Disposal Site (s) and cooperate with the operator thereof with respect to delivery of solid waste, including directions to unload collection vehicles in designated areas, accommodating operations and maintenance activities, and complying with hazardous waste exclusion programs.
