Designated Customer definition

Designated Customer means a Customer whose application to participate in the Scheme has been accepted. Such a Customer will be deemed to be designated under the Scheme by EirGrid;

Designated Customer means a Person set forth in Schedule 1.01(b) or any supplement to Schedule 1.01(b) delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent; provided that the long term unsecured and unguaranteed debt of each Person included in any such supplement is rated at least A- by S&P or at least A3 by Xxxxx’x or such Person is otherwise approved by the Required Lenders. The Administrative Agent, acting at the direction of the Required Lenders, may at any time remove any Person from Schedule 1.01(b) (other than any Person then satisfying the ratings requirements set forth in this definition) upon written notice thereof to the Borrower. The revocation by the Required Lenders of approval of any Designated Customer shall be effective prospectively and shall not affect any Eligible Receivables with respect to which such Designated Customer is the entity obligated to make payments with respect to such Eligible Receivables, including any guarantor thereof, included in the Borrowing Base at the time such revocation is effective.
