Designated Currency definition

Designated Currency shall have the same meaning assigned to it in Section 3.12.
Designated Currency has the meaning specified in Section 312.

Examples of Designated Currency in a sentence

  • Each Extension of Credit, each conversion of Loans from one Type to the other, and each continuation of EurocurrencyTerm SOFR Loans or Designated Currency Term Rate Loans shall be made upon the applicable Borrower’s irrevocable notice to the Administrative Agent, which may be given by: (A) telephone or (B) a Loan Notice; provided that any telephonic notice must be confirmed immediately by delivery to the Administrative Agent of a Loan Notice.

  • Each day upon or as of which the Administrative Agent determines Dollar Amounts as described in this paragraph is herein described as a “Computation Date” with respect to each Designated Currency Tranche Revolving Credit Loan (including payments of interest and fees thereon and in connection therewith) for which a Dollar Amount is determined on or as of such day.
