Designated Contracts definition

Designated Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2. --------------------

Designated Contracts defined in Section 3.25.

Designated Contracts means each contract and agreement listed in Section 2.11(a) of the Disclosure Schedule.

• The Commission approved the original construction of Units 2 and 3, and subsequently approved additional SONGS-related investments and ongoing O&M costs in periodic General Rate Cases throughout the years.

• The Debtors are authorized to assign the Newly Designated Contracts identified in Schedule 1, attached hereto.

More Definitions of Designated Contracts

Designated Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a) hereof.

Designated Contracts. The Resident and/or Patient Agreements set forth in Section 6.11(b) of the Disclosure Letter, as well as such of the other Contracts, if any, listed in Section 6.11(a) of the Disclosure Letter and identified by asterisk, which Seller or, to the extent General Partner or the Manager is a party thereto under a Contract for the benefit of Seller pursuant to authority granted under the Partnership Agreement, the Existing Management Agreement or otherwise, such other Operator Affiliate will assign to Buyer at Closing and, upon such assignment, those Contracts under which Buyer will assume the obligations arising after the Closing.

Designated Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 5.22.

Designated Contracts means the Contracts in the applicable column set forth on Schedule A of the Sellers’ Disclosure Schedule.

Designated Contracts means, together, the contracts listed or referred to in Part 2 of Schedule 5.

Designated Contracts means those Non-Residential Leases and Other Executory Contracts that have been designated by Buyer for assumption and assignment to Buyer by Seller pursuant to Section 2.7 and with respect to which neither an Assumption Notice nor a Post- Closing Designation Notice has been delivered and filed with the Bankruptcy Court. For the avoidance of doubt, “Designated Contracts” shall not include any Non-Residential Lease or Other Executory Contract that is excluded pursuant to Section 2.7.

Designated Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.06(e).
