Designated Contract definition

Designated Contract means, for each commodity eligible to be represented in theBloomberg Commodity IndexSM and for each Unhedged Individual Commodity Index, the futures contract series which is used for the calculation of those indices, as set out in Part 3 (The Bloomberg Commodity Index Family) in Table 2a (Designated Contracts and Designated Month Contracts), in the column headed “Designated Contract and (Exchange Code)”
Designated Contract means, for each commodity represented in the Commodity Indices
Designated Contract means each contract and agreement listed or described in Section 2.11 (a) of the Disclosure Schedule.
