Designated CMT Telerate Page definition

Designated CMT Telerate Page means the display on Moneyline Telerate, or any successor service, on the page designated on the face hereof or any other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no page is specified on the face hereof, the Designated CMT Telerate Page shall be 7052, for the most recent week.

Designated CMT Telerate Page means the display on the Dow Jones Telerate Service specified on the face hereof (or any other page as may replace such page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519)), for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no such page is specified on the face hereof, the Designated CMT Telerate Page shall be 7052, for the most recent week.

Designated CMT Telerate Page means the display on the Moneyline Telerate (or any successor service) on the page designated in an applicable Pricing Supplement (or any other page as may replace such page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519)), for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no such page is specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, the Designated CMT Telerate Page shall be FEDCMT for the most recent week.

Examples of Designated CMT Telerate Page in a sentence

• Determination of CMT Rate If the Base Rate specified on the face hereof is CMT Rate, the interest rate per annum determined with respect to any Interest Determination Date specified on the face hereof (each, a “CMT Interest Determination Date”) will equal the rate displayed on the Designated CMT Telerate Page (as defined below) under the caption “Treasury Constant Maturities .

If no such page is so specified, the Designated CMT Telerate Page shall be 7052.

Designated CMT Telerate Page means the display on Bridge Telerate, Inc. (or any successor service) on the page specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement (or any other page as may replace such page on such service) for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519) or, if no such page is specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, page 7052.

Designated CMT Telerate Page means the display on the Dow Jones Telerate Service (or any successor service) on the page specified above (or any other page as may replace such page on such service) for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no such page is specified above, the Designated CMT Telerate Page shall be 7052 for the most recent week.

Designated CMT Telerate Page means, if the Base Rate is the CMT Rate, the Telerate Page specified on the face hereof that displays Treasury constant maturities as reported in H.15(519), provided that, if no Telerate Page is so specified, then the applicable page will be Telerate Page 7052 and provided, further, that if Telerate Page 7052 applies but it is not specified on the face hereof whether the weekly or monthly average applies, the weekly average will apply.

Designated CMT Telerate Page means the display on the Dow Jones Telerate Service (or any successor service) on the page specified on the face hereof (or any other page as may replace such page on such service) for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519) or, if no such page is specified on the face hereof, page 7051.

Designated CMT Telerate Page means the display on the Bridge Telerate, Inc. or any successor service on the page designated above or any other page as may replace such page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15 (519).

Designated CMT Telerate Page means the display on Bridge Telerate, Inc. or any successor service on the page specified above or any other page as may replace the specified page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519), or, if no page is specified above, page 7052.
