Designated Buyer definition

Designated Buyer has the meaning set forth in Section 2.9.
Designated Buyer shall be a 100% wholly-owned Subsidiary of Buyer designated by Buyer to purchase the Shares by Buyer providing prior written notice to Seller at least ten (10) Business Days prior to the Closing Date.
Designated Buyer means an individual selected by a salvage vehicle purchaser to be allowed to bid upon or purchase a salvage vehicle at or through a salvage auction, pool, or disposal sale.

Designated Buyer shall memorialize the results of Designated Buyer's Phase II Audit in a report ("Designated Buyer's Phase II Audit Report") and provide it immediately to Seller.
