Designated Application definition

Designated Application means the applications made by Licensee specified in Addendum B.
Designated Application means the following application:
Designated Application means all existing and future application(s) made and all existing and future services provided by LICENSEE as identified in Addendum B and the Amendments to this Agreement.

  • Completed application means an application in the form and number and containing all the information required pursuant to 34 Administrative Code 9.1053 (Entity Requesting Agreement to Limit Appraised Value), that has been determined by the district and the comptroller to include all minimum requirements for consideration.

  • Application Program means a computer program which is intended to be executed for the purpose of performing useful work for the user of the information being processed. Application programs are developed or otherwise acquired by the user of the Hardware/Software system, but they may be supplied by the Contractor.

  • Application Unit means such number of Units or whole multiples thereof as specified in this Prospectus or such other whole multiple of Units determined by the Manager, approved by the Trustee and notified to the Participating Dealers.
