Designated Aircraft definition

Designated Aircraft means the Airbus A320-200 aircraft with manufacturer’s serial number 6935, scheduled to be delivered under the Purchase Agreement in January 2016.

Designated Aircraft means the “Aircraft” as defined in the Mortgage.

Designated Aircraft means the Boeing 717-200 aircraft set forth on Schedule I hereto, being one of the aircraft acquired by the Borrower under the Aircraft Purchase Agreement. From and after the Delivery Date of such aircraft, the term “Designated Aircraft” shall mean the “Aircraft” as defined in the Mortgage.

Examples of Designated Aircraft in a sentence

• The Borrower covenants and agrees that at all times until the Lien of the Mortgage for the Designated Aircraft shall be discharged pursuant to Section 14.01 thereof, it will be an “air carrier” within the meaning of the Federal Aviation Act operating under certificates issued pursuant to Section 41102(a) of such Act and shall otherwise meet the standards of the definition of U.S. Air Carrier.

• The indemnities and other obligations of the Borrower, and the obligations of each Tax Indemnitee, under this Schedule III shall survive the Loan Participants’ making their respective Commitments available in respect of the Designated Aircraft, the Maturity Date of all of the Loans in respect of the Designated Aircraft and the expiration or other termination of the Operative Documents.

• Notwithstanding any of the foregoing to the contrary, with respect to any Expense which is covered under policies of insurance maintained by the Borrower (or any Lessee) pursuant to Article VI of the Mortgage for the Designated Aircraft or otherwise, the rights of an Indemnitee to control or participate in any proceedings shall be modified to the extent necessary to comply with the requirements of such policies and the rights of the insurers thereunder.

• On the Delivery Date it shall be true that no Event of Loss (or event which with the passage of time would become an Event of Loss) with respect to the Designated Aircraft (or constituent Airframe) or any associated Engine has occurred.

• The aggregate original principal amount of the Loans for the Designated Aircraft shall not exceed the Original Amount (which amount, for the avoidance of any doubt, shall not be subject to any appraisal or other test or condition precedent).

More Definitions of Designated Aircraft

Designated Aircraft has the meaning set forth in Section 1 of the Facility Agreement.

Designated Aircraft means the aircraft identified by Southwest on which the Broadband System will be installed.

Designated Aircraft means an aircraft identified in Schedule III hereto.

Designated Aircraft means each of the two Airbus A320-200 aircraft identified as follows: (i) manufacturer’s serial number 7138 with FAA registration No. N364VA, scheduled to be delivered to the Owner under the Purchase Agreement in May 2016; and (ii) manufacturer’s serial number 7207 with FAA registration No. N365VA, scheduled to be delivered to the Owner under the Purchase Agreement in June 2016 (such months, in each case, being the “Scheduled Delivery Month” for such Designated Aircraft). Such serial numbers and FAA registration numbers are subject to change.

Designated Aircraft means one or both of the following, as the context requires:(i) the Boeing 747-8F aircraft bearing manufacturer’s serial number ____* and FAA registration No. ____* (“Aircraft No. 1”), equipped with four Engines, currently scheduled for delivery in July 2011, such aircraft being delivered to the Borrower under the Aircraft Purchase Agreement, and (ii) the Boeing 747-8F aircraft bearing manufacturer’s serial number ____ * * Manufacturer’s Serial Numbers and United States Registration Numbers to be advised. Designated Aircraft means each such “Aircraft” as defined in its related Mortgage Supplement(s).
