Designated Administrative Account definition

Designated Administrative Account means a bank account of the Ceding Company at a bank reasonably acceptable to the Reinsurer to be used by the Ceding Company to pay General Account Liabilities.
Designated Administrative Account means the Bank Account at the bank and with the account number listed in Exhibit B, as such Exhibit B may be amended by the Ceding Company and the Reinsurer from time to time.
