Design Schedule definition

Design Schedule means the schedule set forth in the section of the Critical Path Project Schedule labeled “Design & Engineering.”
Design Schedule means Design-Builder’s comprehensive, detailed, updated, schedule for delivery of the Services of a Deliverable Portion of Work that is consistent with the Project Schedule, and approved by Owner in writing.
Design Schedule means a schedule for the performance of Design Professional’s services that show the order in which Design Professional proposes to carry out Design Professional’s Services.

  • Project Design Schedule: The timetable which sets forth the required relationships between, and pertinent dates for, required completion of design and engineering services, documents and related activities.

  • Failure of Design/Builder to submit such notice shall constitute a waiver by Design/Builder of any claim for an adjustment to the Contract Price, the Design Schedule, or the Contract Time.

  • Immediately upon learning of any event that may lead to a delay in the progress of the Scope of Services, A-E shall prepare a plan for recovery to the original Project Design Schedule, including any associated costs, impacts or related effects thereof.

  • Additionally, Owner shall have the right to refuse to grant to Contractor an extension of time to meet the completion milestones set forth in the Design Schedule, Construction Schedule, or Project Schedule, even if Contractor is entitled to an extension pursuant to the Contract Documents.

  • The Design Schedule shall include allowances for periods of time required for OWNER’s review, for the performance of OWNER’s consultants and contractors, and for approval of submissions by authorities having jurisdiction over the Project.


More Definitions of Design Schedule

Design Schedule shall have the meaning given in the Agreement.
Design Schedule means the schedule for preparation, approval, disapproval, modification, and completion of Tenant’s Space Plan and other Construction Documents and for obtaining Permits required for the Improvements, which is attached to this Agreement as Schedule 1 and incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.
Design Schedule means and refer to the schedule for the Design Phase attached hereto as Attachment 1 (Design Schedule) to Exhibit D (Project Schedule), setting forth the dates by which the DB Contractor is obligated to submit to the Authority the various Design Packages relating to the Project, including the Design Development Documents and the 65% complete, 90% complete, and 100% complete Construction Documents submissions.
Design Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(a) hereof.
Design Schedule shall have the meaning assigned to it in Clause 10.3 and shall also include any resubmitted Design Schedule approved by UPCA under Clause 10.7.
Design Schedule means the schedule of architectural services prepared or approved by the Owner, the most current edition of which is included in the Project Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Related to Design Schedule

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.

  • Design storm means a hypothetical discrete rainstorm characterized by a specific duration, temporal distribution, rainfall intensity, return frequency, and total depth of rainfall.

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Schematic Design Documents means drawings prepared by the Trade Contractor that illustrate the scale and relationship of the various Trade Contractor Work components and which also contain square footage and volume calculations for the building interior spaces, building exterior spaces, and major architectural and interior finishes.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.

  • Design Documentation means all schematics and test, assembly and package documentation relating to the Product, including all design, specification and assembly documentation and data files for Materials, which is necessary for the production, manufacture, qualification, testing and delivery of the Product to be attached as Exhibit A.

  • Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
