Design Review Guidelines definition

Design Review Guidelines means the architectural, design and aesthetic guidelines, standards, rules, procedures and criteria for Trevesta, which are promulgated and adopted by the Developer or Design Review Committee, from time to time, together with all modifications, amendments, alterations and supplements thereto.
Design Review Guidelines means the residential design guidelines, commercial design guidelines and public way guidelines of the City and the Secretary of Interior’s Standards and Guidelines.

More Definitions of Design Review Guidelines

Design Review Guidelines means the sole and exclusive architectural design, landscape design, urban design and Site design and use standards applicable within the Property as set forth in The Village (at Avon) Design Review Guidelines with an effective date of March 15, 2011, together with any amendment(s) the Design Review Board may approve after providing notice thereof in accordance with Section 3.2, as prepared, approved and promulgated by the Design Review Board from time to time.
Design Review Guidelines means standards and specifications promulgated by the Board relative to the external appearance of Dwelling Units including the location, size, type or appearance.
