Design Plans definition

Design Plans means design plans, specifications, estimates, surveys, and any necessary studies or investigations, including, but not limited to, environmental, hydraulic, and geological investigations or studies necessary for the Project under this Agreement.

Examples of Design Plans in a sentence

More Definitions of Design Plans

Design Plans. The plans and specifications for the Multi-Use Path approved by the FHWA, identified as Exhibit B (for Phase 2A) and Exhibit B-1 (for Phase 2B), which Exhibits B and B-1 are incorporated herein by reference.
Design Plans means the City approved design plans and drawings for the Project, including but not limited to the Planting Plan, the Plant Schedule, the City’s Tree Planting Standards, Specifications and Details, and the Project Performance Schedule.

Design Plans means plans for the construction, installation, or improvement of the Project, including the Required Improvements, together with all subsequently approved updates to those plans, stamped by a professional engineer registered in the State of Colorado, attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Design Plans means and include architectural drawings which identify (1) the exterior appearance, size and configuration of the Building, (2) the roof, walls and structural components of the Building being affected by Tenant’s construction, and (3) the location of entrances and loading areas. Landlord shall have ten (10) days from receipt of the Design Plans to review, approve or reject the same. If Landlord timely raises an objection to the Design Plans, Landlord and Tenant shall negotiate in good faith to resolve any disagreement.
