Design Period definition

Design Period means the operating life of the solid waste management facility plus any long-term care period after closing.
Design Period means that length of time determined by the sum of the operating life of the solid waste landfill facility plus the postclosure care period necessary to stabilize the waste in the units.
Design Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the earlier of the first anniversary of the Effective Date or commencement of construction.

More Definitions of Design Period

Design Period means the period commencing on the date of the Agreement and ending on the day on which the Building Permit is obtained.
Design Period is the period between the Effective Date of this Agreement and the Contractual Date of Design-related Basic Services Completion for those Services selected in ¶ I(A)(2)(d) (as indicated in the information preceding Article I, and as that date may be modified by duly executed Change Order). Related to Design Period

  • Campaign Period means the period specified as such in the notice issued by the Commission in relation to an election;

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Date of Completion with respect to a Project shall mean: (i) the date upon which such Project and all components thereof have been acquired or constructed and are capable of performing the functions for which they were intended, as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; or (ii) the date on which the Issuer determines, upon the recommendation of or in consultation with the Consulting Engineer, that it cannot complete such Project in a sound and economical manner within a reasonable period of time as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; provided that in each case such certificate of the Consulting Engineer shall set forth the amount of all Costs of such Project which have theretofore been incurred, but which on the Date of Completion is or will be unpaid or unreimbursed.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Certification period means the period for which an individual is certified eligible for a program.

  • Completion Deadline means the date by which the Arrangement is to be completed, which date shall be April 30, 2014 or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;
