More Definitions of Design Parameters

Design Parameters. Means the operation, performance, duty-rate and redundancy of the “equipment” as initially designed and installed or as improved during the term of the Agreement. Changing, modifying or reducing the design parameters without official approval from the Client shall constitute a failure to maintain the design parameters.

Related to Design Parameters

  • Design Phase means the period during which the Transporter shall prepare a draft project proposal for publication in accordance with section 4.3;

The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project.   • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.
