Design Materials definition

Design Materials means any and all documents, shop drawings, electronic information, data, plans, drawings, sketches, illustrations, specifications, descriptions, models and other information developed, prepared, furnished, delivered or required to be delivered by the Design/Builder (a) to the Owner under the Contract Documents or (b) developed or prepared by the Design/Builder specifically to discharge its duties under the Contract Documents.

Design Materials shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 29.3.

Design Materials means, collectively, any engineering or technical study, project design, report, analysis, compilation, regulatory filing or other similar data or document prepared by Owner, any Affiliate of Owner or any third-party contractor in connection with the Northern Pass Transmission Line, other than any privileged communications or proprietary intellectual property rights.
