If Project Co does discover any Design Issue in the Contract Documents, Project Co shall not proceed with the Work affected until Project Co has first complied with the provisions of Section 11.18.

The Consultant's response will be provided in accordance with GC 2.2.9. Any professional design services of the Consultant to issue the Supplemental Instruction will be an Owner cost.
