Design Information definition

Design Information means the portion of the Project Results that are (i) the design libraries, standard cells or memory compilers, (ii) design information within a design kit used in the design and manufacture of STT-MRAM Devices, and/or (iii) chip designs embodied in test chips or test vehicles used solely to test and qualify the Joint Development Work.
Design Information means any designs, drawings, technical data, reports, surveys or other documents or other written information of any kind supplied by OWNER to Consultant, or to which Consultant is referred by OWNER, whether or not prepared by or on behalf of OWNER.
Design Information means all information, in addition to the Base Building Specifications, necessary for the preparation of, as applicable, the Base Building Plans or the Leasehold Improvements Plans for the Leasehold Improvements in the West Building, the East Building or the Connector, as applicable.

More Definitions of Design Information

Design Information means any Information provided by BT concerning the purpose, manufacture, design or configuration of Services;
