Design Development Phase definition

Design Development Phase means that Phase during which the Architect prepares the Design Development Documents.

Design Development Phase means that Phase in the development of the Design Documents during which Architect prepares Documents that fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical systems, materials and other elements as appropriate.

Design Development Phase means the "Design Development Phase" as defined in the Framework Agreement in respect of the Works.

Design Development Phase has the meaning set out in Section 4.2(b)(2) of Schedule 2 [Design and Construction Protocols];

Design Development Phase or “DD” means the phase in which design documents are continued from the approved schematic design phase, and which begins to identify site, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural and architectural details. This phase results in documents that include floor plans, sections, elevations, full dimensions, and narratives/outlines of material specifications.

Design Development Phase means that phase of the Project that follows the Schematic Design Phase, which generally precedes the preparation of Construction Documents, and during which the systems of the Project are coordinated and the Owner’s consultants have determined that end-users are satisfied with the design.

Design Development Phase means the Phase of Architect's Basic Services described in Paragraph 2.1.4 of the Description of Basic, Additional and Excluded Services - Exhibit “B” attached hereto.
