Design Deliverables definition

Design Deliverables means all documents, work product and other materials that Supplier is required to or otherwise does deliver to University hereunder in connection with the Design Services, including those items designated under the heading "Design Deliverables" in the Statement of Work.
Design Deliverables means all drawings, specifications or other documents or materials required to give effect to the Vendor's Design Obligations, or otherwise required to be provided by the Vendor.
Design Deliverables means any design or design related information required to be submitted for Approval as required by this Agreement. For convenience, most Design Deliverables are listed or otherwise identified in the Contract Data Requirements List (Exhibit 10).

More Definitions of Design Deliverables

Design Deliverables has the meaning given to it in Schedule 5 (Design Development). Design Development Plan means the plan prepared in accordance with this Agreement, including Schedule 19 (Plans) and Schedule 5 (Design Development).

Fee means the amount payable to the Independent Certifier for the performance of the Services in accordance with Clause 3.3 and Schedule 3 (Payment Schedule).
