Design Contract definition

Design Contract means the standard design contract developed and prescribed by the Authority, as it may be amended by the Authority from time to time that shall be executed by the District and the Designer for design services related to the Proposed Project.
Design Contract means any contract or agreement relating to the architecture, design, engineering or planning of a Project or portion thereof.
