Design Committee definition

Design Committee means the group of participants, approved by each participating Nevada municipality or County, which has authority to make decisions regarding the Scope of Work and design for the DEVNET software systems.

Design Committee means the Association DRC and/or New Construction DRC, as applicable, according to the context.

Design Committee or “DC” means The MBPII Design Committee, to be established pursuant to the Declaration. The DC reviews and approves or disapproves plans and specifications for the construction of improvements within the Maui Business Park II, in accordance with the Declaration and these Design Guidelines.

Any replacement from the initial appointments in this Agreement must be approved by a majority of the Design Committee.
