Deputy Designated Person definition

Deputy Designated Person means the person nominated by the Consultant and approved by the Agency in accordance with Clause 9;
Deputy Designated Person means the person nominated by the Consultant and approved by the Employer in accordance with Clause 9 and set out in Schedule 4;
Deputy Designated Person means the relevant person named in Schedule 13 or such other person appointed in that capacity in accordance with Clause 7;
