Depreciation and Replacement Account definition

Depreciation and Replacement Account means the Water and Sewer Utility Depreciation and Replacement Account.

Depreciation and Replacement Account means the fund or account designated as such and created or ratified by Section 401.

Depreciation and Replacement Account means the account by that name ratified and confirmed by Section 501 hereof.

• Monies which have been transferred from other sources to meet temporary shortages in the Operation and Maintenance Account and the Depreciation and Replacement Account shall be returned to their respective accounts upon appropriate adjustment of the user charge rates for Operation and Maintenance and Depreciation and Replacement.
