Depository Accounts definition

Depository Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15(h) hereof.
Depository Accounts means the lock-box or blocked depository accounts maintained by the Borrower for the collection of the cash of the Borrower and the proceeds from the sale of the Inventory of the Borrower.
Depository Accounts means accounts of Borrower containing any ------------------- deposits or other sums credited to Borrower, whether in regular or special depository accounts or otherwise.

Examples of Depository Accounts in a sentence

  • Pay to Agent on demand all usual and customary fees and expenses which Agent incurs in connection with (a) the forwarding of Advance proceeds and (b) the establishment and maintenance of any Blocked Accounts or Depository Accounts as provided for in Section 4.15(h).

More Definitions of Depository Accounts

Depository Accounts means the collection accounts, which are subject to CIT's instructions, as specified in Paragraph 3.4 of Section 3 of this Financing Agreement.
