Deposit Policy. When a space becomes available and is offered to you, YBY requires a non-refundable $250 enrollment fee. Should you choose not to attend Yad B Yad after paying these fees, enrollment fee is forfeited. The enrollment fee is collected annually to secure our financial planning and staffing each budget cycle. Schedule Changes: You may request a schedule change up to two times per year. Schedule changes are determined based on availability and the composition of overall enrollment. This policy applies to both increasing and decreasing the schedule. Written notification of any schedule change or complete withdrawal is required, and must be received in writing 30 days prior to such schedule change or withdrawal. Schedule changes may only be made if tuition payments are current and the space requested is available. No trades of days or refunds are given for absences. If a child attends any portion of a month, tuition will be due for the full month unless otherwise determined by the receipt of 30-day notice.
