Deposit Material will have the meaning agreed to by the Parties and included in the escrow agreement executed pursuant to Section 11.4(f). Examples of Deposit Material in a sentence

  • Destroyed or returned Deposit Material is not part of the Deposit; however, DSI shall keep records of the destruction or return of Deposit Material.

Related to Deposit Material

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.
