Deposit Fund definition

Deposit Fund means the balance (including any Interest) of the Deposit Account at any given time;
Deposit Fund means $30,000 to be paid by Purchaser and held by the Escrow Agent pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Escrow Agreement.
Deposit Fund means any one of such funds.
