Deposit Date definition

Deposit Date means, with respect to any Collection Period and Payment Date, the Business Day immediately preceding such Payment Date.

More Definitions of Deposit Date

Deposit Date means, with respect to a Payment Date or Redemption Date, the close of business on the day immediately preceding such Payment Date or Redemption Date, as the case may be.
