Deposit Bank definition

Deposit Bank means any of the banks holding one or more Deposit Accounts.
Deposit Bank means the bank or banks selected by Lender to maintain the Deposit Account. Lender may in its reasonable discretion change the Deposit Bank from time to time.
Deposit Bank has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
